Adaptation of the Ibiza Airport Terminal building

Ibiza, Spain

The project involves the comprehensive renovation and expansion of the terminal building at Ibiza Airport, adapting the facility to a new functional layout and projected capacity requirements. The works extend the terminal along the landside façade (+33 ft) and at its northeastern (+230 ft) and southwestern (+164 ft) ends. The project reorganizes access routes, passenger boarding bridges, lounges, and airport services to enhance operational efficiency and the passenger experience.

New Terminal Gibraltar International Airport

Gibraltar, United Kingdom

The works, commissioned by the Government of Gibraltar, involved the construction of a new passenger terminal at Gibraltar Airport, together with the expansion of the aircraft ramp, aircraft stand areas, and the associated customs and logistics facilities. The project also included a new roadway for vehicular access, provisional hangar facilities, and new cargo handling and airport vehicle installations, all carried out while maintaining the existing airport fully operational throughout the construction works.

Madrid, Spain

The Terminal T4 at Madrid-Barajas Airport is one of the most significant aviation infrastructure projects in Spain. Designed by architect Richard Rogers and Estudio Lamela, the project is characterized by its massive scale and technical complexity. The terminal is engineered to serve 35 million passengers annually, with a peak-hour capacity of 10,400 passengers.
