Since its inception, DRAGADOS has been a construction company with a clear maritime vocation, specialized in the design and construction of marine work and with the experience, technology and the specialized equipment and teams necessary for the development of major port infrastructure projects worldwide.

Over the years, DRAGADOS has excelled for the quality of its work on marine and port projects and for its willingness to guarantee contract completion dates on technically complex projects and those with special construction methodology needs.

Many of them have been performances of great importance for their geographical and climatic conditions, which makes them reference works in the field of maritime works worldwide.

Centerm Expansion Project - Vancouver, Canada

The Centerm Expansion project refers to the container terminal operated by DP World in the Port of Vancouver. This project was carried out through a design and construction contract that would allow the terminal\'s land area to be expanded by 15 %.

Port facilities at Punta Langosteira - La Coruña, Spain

The Project includes the construction of a 3,382 m long slope breakwater with 150 ton concrete block protection and a head made out of high density, 178 ton and 195 ton concrete blocks. The breakwater is unique because of its uncommon depth (40m) and the harsh maritime climate of the area, which required the structure to be (Hs,140 years = 15 m.).
